Side Effects From Valentus Coffee
In this section I will cover some of the side effects I have found from the Valentus company literature and their website.
Some people feel nothing when starting it but stay drinking one or two cups a day and the fat starts releasing and other cool things happen.
Some others are very sensitive and they have a different experience so we suggest starting very slow like 1/2 cup and sipping it.
We have had some people who have had to adjust to drinking it this way and then gradually increase to a full cup.
No one should take an amount that makes them feel uncomfortable.
Individual Ingredient Side Effects of Slim Roast Coffee
In this section I will cover the individual ingredient side effects.
This section does not represent a good interpretation of what the Valentus Slim Roast formulation represents, I have included this section as if you were taking the individual ingredients separately.
You will have to consume almost an entire box, or month supply to have some of the side effects listed below.
Some people have different reactions from having to much caffeine. Some have the jitters, and others that in my personal experience can get cramps.
Caffeine can also cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach irritation, nausea and vomiting, increased heart rate and respiration, and other side effects.
Garcinia is POSSIBLY SAFE for most people when taken by mouth for 12 weeks or less. Long-term safety is unknown. Garcinia can cause nausea, digestive tract discomfort, and headache when taking a lot of it. It is also recommended that if you are pregnant, you might want to stay away.
But there is still no evidence that it has any negative side effects long term.
This has a similar type of side effect that caffeine has when taking a massive amount.
Theanine is sold in the United States as a dietary supplement and has been granted GRAS (generally recognized as safe) status by the Food and Drug Administration.
This has similar effects as taking fiber has. When taking a lot, it can cause stomach pressure, bloating, flatulence and/or diarrhea. These side effects were not severe in any reported cases.
When taking a lot this can cause heart burn, constipation, nausea, and mild headaches.
When taking a lot of Green Tea, side effects can range from mild to serious and include headache, nervousness, sleep problems, vomiting, diarrhea, irritability, irregular heartbeat, tremor, heartburn, dizziness, ringing in the ears, convulsions, and confusion.
When taking a lot the side effects includes anxiety, jitteriness, rapid heartbeat, etc. If you are sensitive to caffeine, then you should be careful with green coffee bean extract.
Are Their More Benefits Than Negative Side Effects To The Coffee?
What I found on the Internet is that their are way more healthy benefits like weight loss and thermogenic values that it really out weighs the negative side effects that a person has from drinking too much of the Valentus Coffee.
